WM Doll Releases the Latest Upgraded Articulated Hand Skeleton

WM Doll newly announced the latest ball-jointed hand skeleton – the 3rd generation of articulated hand skeleton. The articulated hand skeleton can mimic the movements and positions of a human hand, especially the upgrade one is more lifelike and practical. The new generation’s design of ball bearings and a system based on spring tension makes the fingers easily be moved into the required position.

Unlike the previous 2nd version, this new hand skeleton features some creative and impressive designs, including a “Damping Structure” and “Spherical Structure” that provide enhanced flexibility, realism, and durability.

A damping structure is set inside the joints connecting each phalanx, imitating the actual movement of the finger joints. It also solves the problem of joint breakage, to achieve wear-resistant use and long-lasting service life. And each finger joint is equipped with a soft rebound spring, which allows you to position the finger to any appropriate shape, providing an improved tactile experience.

The bottom finger joints and the hand joint are connected by spherical structures. Tensioning the springs generates a defined friction resistance between the ball head and the spherical groove, which not only holds the finger in position but also enables multi-directional rotation of the finger joint and wrist joint.

This upgraded hand skeleton consists mainly of wear-resistant and recyclable steel, which is designed with more stable joints that hold their position better without becoming loose or floppy over time. It is used for both TPE dolls and silicone dolls, which can imitate finger movements more flexibly in a more realistic way.
