We offer free & discreet worldwide shipping. But due to import laws, we DO NOT SHIP to the following destinations: Islamic countries, India, Indonesia, Africa, Mexico, or Brazil.

Production Time
Normal TPE dolls: 15-20 days (+15 days | with implanted hair)
SE doll TPE dolls: 15-20 days ( +15 days | auto blowjob option)
Silicone dolls: 25-35 days (+15 days | with painting/implanted hair)

This is an approximated time. Exceptions may apply to silicone dolls and robot dolls. Other exceptions may extend this time frame (like a Chinese holiday, snowstorm, rainstorm, COVID-19, etc.)

Tracking Number
We will send you a tracking number by email if the package is shipped. Please keep an eye on your bag tracking in case it gets in trouble (eg, suspending tracking, missing item, etc.)  till it is delivered.

Discreet Packaging
The doll will be packed in a plain carton box. There will be no information that indicates that it’s a doll. Be aware, that Customs Agents may open your doll box for inspection and to determine import taxes for customers outside the USA.

Custom & Taxes
For Canada, Finland, Denmark, Norway, Switzerland, and a few other countries it is not possible to pay import charges upfront. On average the additional fee is approx $150 in most cases. In this case, we will split the duty fees with you (50%) and also manage the liaison with import customs, so it is stress-free for you.

Delivery Times
– In-Stock Items
All in-stock items will ship between 0-2 business days after payment is received. Expedited options are not available, you can ask for pick-up in Los Angeles (COVID-19 may affect pick-up availability, please read our pick-up terms). Currently, our in-stock items are only sold within the USA.

– All Other Items
Delivery time depends on the manufacturer; however, any item that does not have “In Stock” in the product name will be custom ordered. Here we list the shipping times of different shipping carriers.

US & Canada Express: 7-12 days
European Union: 35-50 days
Finland, Denmark, Norway, Switzerland: 7-12 days
Australia: 7-12 days
UK: 30-40 days
Russia: 20-35 days
EUB Post Service: 20-50 days

Pick Up (COVID-19 Hold On)
If you prefer to pick it up at a FedEx/UPS store, please note us with your local FedEx/UPS store address. You should call them to confirm whether pick-up is allowed. If the address is not valid or refused by UPS when the package is delivered, the buyer is responsible for all (if the package is returned, it would cost us $1,000-$3,000).

Check and Accept Your Package
You must inspect every item to check if there is any damage upon arrival of the package. If the package box has been corrupted when you see it, take a photo or video to file a claim with the shipping carrier. It is recommended that you open each unit and examine it, even if the cartons look fine from the outside. If you find any damage, take some pictures or videos. Sometimes we also need your help to file a claim with the shipping carrier if the doll is damaged while shipping.

Missing Package
If the tracking number shows your package is delivered but you didn’t receive anything, call UPS/FedEx and file a claim ASAP. Just in case, we add adult signature service for most packages (exceptions may apply.)

Order Change/Cancel/Return
Cancellations made within 24 hours of purchase will incur a 10% cancellation fee to cover our costs. Cancellations made after 24 hours of purchase will be subject to a 20-30% cancellation fee as further production and time costs have been incurred. This amount will be deducted from the refund processed to your card in the event we have already processed your credit card for shipping.

– Wrong Dolls
When you receive the doll and you find it looks absolutely different from the factory pictures or website, just show us an unboxing video (with the whole body, head, shipping label, and outside package box ). We will report and check to our factory and shipping carrier, and arrange a new replacement for you.

– Damaged Dolls
You should file a claim with the shipping carrier on receipt of your package if it is severely damaged. A new replacement will be arranged depending on how severe the damage it is. For slight damage, a repair kit will be offered.

The shipping address on the package box is not available for returning made-to-order and in-stock orders. Please make sure the doll is brand new and never be used before you return it to us.
