I was very critical concerning details especially with my doubts after reading an article put out to slander the Your Doll website. The customer service I received was understanding, patient and helpful. I could not have asked for better. Very professional.
I highly recommend the company. They took my order and confirmed the configuration for the doll. They are quick to respond to questions and to start productions. There are a couple of issues that would be great for them to change. One thing is that I would their website to indicate when features are incompatible and not to deduct a percentage when correcting. The second is the shipping by Fedex. The box was opened and retaped. And it looked like it was dropped a couple of times. The feet were slightly malformed from being squished. However, their packaging protected the face(s) and the rest of the body. Fedex also had multiple shipping delays.
Overall a great experience. Mia was very nice and quickly responded to any questions I had. The doll came in perfect condition and arrived quickly. I would highly recommend yourdoll.com.
Only thing I could say is that the wig bag was dirty and was placed up against the skin took me a while to be able to clean all the dirt off. Otherwise everything was perfect.
The doll quality is great the gel fills boobs are so soft and got it free enjoy a lot but a few noise when I try to band and move the doll. They made the wrong body type, I still accept it and is heavyweights have a hard time moving the doll, over all I’m not satisfy still enjoy the doll I like how they have the features for doll.

Mia customer service was great. As for my doll. It was put together good I guess. But the bolts was way too tight I could not do anything. Except the arms and legs. That was all I could move .bought the Evo Skelton could not do anything with it .mia sent a video tried nothing . Shelton back broke. Sent pictures they said to much force .offed 10% discount on next doll .not spending another 1800.00 on a doll that’s only going to last 5 months .like the one I purchased .so that’s my experience .how do I know bolts to tight .I destroyed my doll .down to the skeleton .had to use a hammer to move the shoulders .and the back part .
YourDoll is currently helping to resolve a problem with my Sino doll. I have no complaints about YourDoll, but Sino is a manufacturer I will avoid for any future purchases. The doll arrived with a damaged shoulder, and the soft option vagina ripped apart.
